Our Guarantee
Product Guarantee If you purchase our boxes and are not satisfied, you can return them within (10) days from your delivery arrival date for a refund. No partial returns are offered. You have to arrange for, and pay for return shipping. Your credit card will be credited once the packages are received by our storage center.
Shipping Guarantee If your order does not arrive within (3) business days of your expected delivery date, you may return or refuse your order for a full refund, including delivery and return shipping. Your credit card will be credited once the packages are received by our storage center. Please note that the first shipping day is considered the business day after your order placement, before 4pm.
